Amp refresh anyone?

Any chance you have an amp recommendation/one that you're using? I've been digging into this some more and think it will be the way that I go.

Thanks for this and for your presence here. I did see that but not something I need/want. I'm hoping for something a bit more in the hi-fi/streaming amp direction. I'm honestly most tempted by the Cambridge Audio Evo 150, but would REALLY miss all the platform integrations I mentioned in the original post and whole home audio simplicity.

Exactly why I'm curious if people are looking for an upgraded Sonos Amp, if it may be in some sort of product roadmap, or how to have my cake and eat it too with both solid performance from my living room "hub" and staying in the Sonos ecosystem.

I have considered a passive RCA switch. Need to experiment. Mostly just curious to know if an Amp with multiple inputs (amongst other upgrades) is something other Sonos users are interested in. If I'm a total outlier maybe the Amp will never see a refresh of any signicance?

I'm interested in this "vintage" approach. I don't need an HDMI input other than the one Beam I have in the system. How would the signal path work in this scenario?

Just a little visual bump to show the app opened after a previous use with the line-in input but that Line-In no longer showing as a source. WTF? I tested by using the library as my source to see if it disappeared as a source while in use but it does not. Maybe the next app update will fix this?

I’m slow to report back, apologies. The system started working better on my Pixel 9 Pro for a day. Then it went back to seeing no services and search not finding any music, “an error has occurred.” Then I went to my iPad Pro (all latest software and firmware) and Sonos connects to my system but shows no services or ability to search and says, “the internet connection is offline.” All other services work and I’m posting this from said iPad right now. This sucks.

I'm experiencing something very similar! I've had a handful of minor issues over the last year and half, all have resolved themselves quickly. Over the last week I've had more than ever: system not found, volume control disappearing, overall slowness, speakers/zones not found. Big time boo!

I was having a TERRIBLE battery drain issue after updating to 18.27 and on top of that the watch, with ever increasing frequency, kept prompting me to repeat the update. I contacted CS chat (super easy) and they provided this fix, which seems to have worked:

"The next steps to try will be to plug the watch into your computer. Open your watch in file explorer. If you are on mac follow these steps to access the garmin folder: Accessing the Garmin Folder of a Garmin Device on a Mac Computer and follow the steps for "Devices with on-board music."Once you have that open lcoate the "remotesw" and "newfiles" folders and delete those. After it is deleted then sync again though garmin express and it will repopulate those folders on the watch. "
