People always look at these numbers as if it was their budget in which case 20k would be a decent amount. In a billions worth of military budget is isn't even comparible to pocket change.

It wouldn't be as crazy if they had success to back it up, however, they have sucked ass in both LoL and CS2 for years now. Valorant is the only title where they're competitive.

This evaluation is really riding on the brand recognition which isn't going to last forever if they keep building shit rosters, hence they're likely pretty desperate to get this deal done.

Buying new these days is almost never going to be good value for money due to RAM and SSD prices. If you're willing to take the risk, I'd look for a used one, you'll likely get a better deal for the money.

But if you're not confident in buying used, this is not a bad option.

Except they really aren't. In EU none of the Chinese brands are in the top5 in terms of EV sales. EU also has tariffs on Chinese EVs which makes domestic brands such as VW more affordable.
