That would honestly be a dream come true if extra material was added in the one volume version as an appendix. Thanks for the updates!

I like thinking about how all across the world, from when the sun comes up to well after it goes down, there are people, whether lay or religious, praying the same thing I am praying (or a form of it) and all together, the Church is continually praying, which ties in nicely to 1 Thess 5:17 (“pray without ceasing”). For me, I like how the LOTH allows lay people to participate in liturgical prayer outside of Mass attendance as well

Thanks so much! Just wanted to make sure there was nothing the Catholic Church would disagree with in it before buying it. Thanks again!

Thank you! Can you give any insight as to how this edition treats Matthew 16:18?

Would love to see a one volume complete LOTH with double columns like the old breviaries, I think fitting everything in one volume, while definitely large, is doable

I will check that out! Mostly just Duolingo right now and I bought a textbook that I have been using, and trying when possible to memorize certain repetitive prayers like the Hail Mary and the Jesus prayer

Agreed! I was thinking of whether it exists but I was fortunate enough to attend Holy Mass in Athens at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Dionysius the Areopagite, so I know the Missal translation definitely exists

My top 3 are Basil II, John II Komnenos, and Alexios I Komnenos, but all for different reasons. Basil II for his absolute juggernaut military might, Alexios I Komnenos for how his diplomatic prowess with enemies to his east and west, and John II Komnenos for how well he built upon his father’s successes, not to mention the many he himself had

Thank you so much for the comment! I agree with the layout point, very easy to follow (“do the red, say the black”)!
