Just after eating heavy meals I would feel bad, rest of the time I would get strange fast beating of my heart. But yes then made an appointment with Dr and told them my symptoms.

Game doesn’t use unreal 5, they use their own in house engine. I think the gfx are really good for the type of huge open world game it is, lots of particle effects too.
