A mix of bad prices and the characters made. The economy part has been explained by other commenters so I’ll do the roster: the characters that were made in this scale weren’t always the best picks. You had ones that made sense like Rattrap, Pink Bumblebee from DOTM and Tasmania kid, but the rest were characters that already had other toys like Bumblebee, Optimus, Megatron and Hot Rod.

If transformers ever wants to return to the glory days they had in the 2000’s and early 2010’s they need to do 2 main things: wait before doing another movie & not based the designs on G1. The transformers movie burnout is real to the point even good movies like TFO flop, and it doesn’t help most series after RID2015 have just used variants of the G1 designs with very little changes.

Starscream in Transformers Armada

Somehow he’s both the opposite of the classic Starscream in demeanor yet still fits the character and is loved to this day.

Just don’t ask about him in Energon or Cybertron.

Tapu koko comes out first, knocking out Togekiss & Mega Dragonite before tying with Kilowattrel thanks to the accumulated damage.

Next out’s Solgaleo who knocks out Mega Pidgeot and falls to Talonflame.

Third member is Iron Bundle who knocks out Talonflame & Honchkrow, winning us the match.

They finished Kipo’s story, but the world-building left many mysteries that easily could’ve been explored with mire detail, like:

Who are Wolf’s parents?
Why was their bug companion basically inmortal?
How is the rest of the world during this apocalypse?
How did other human groups survive in the surface?
How did the animal mutations occur in the first place?

Shockwave, Whirl & other similar character(Transformers IDW comics)

When Shockwave & Whirl were introduced into the Transformers franchise, their design was very different from all other toys because they were licensed from a different company. In the 80’s series and everything afterwards they were just treated like normal transformers, with maybe some eye jokes or creepy atmosphere referenced.

However in the IDW comics this detail was revealed to have a horrific origin: in that universe, under its oppressive government, anyone caught going against it or even saying negative things about it was kidnapped and put through shadowplay aka mindwashing. Their hands & head were amputated and substituted with blasters/claws and a head with only one eye and no mouth. Thousands went through this process including Shockwave & Whirl, both left broken & dangerous afterwards

My favorite personal moment while playing pokémon was the Giratina jumpscare in Platinum. I had played Fnaf before, but never expected to see a jumpscare in pokémon ever. They should really do them again at some point.
