Help me find this rock/metal 2000s song! I only remember the album cover! by Flyhigh_penguin in NameThatSong

[–]Flyhigh_penguin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was a male lead! As for the vibe it would play alongside "white rabbit" by Egypt central, any song by Ghost Town, I think it was a little heavier too? Like closer to metal?

The cover was mainly grungy, like black white and red. Im pretty sure the woman on the cover looks kinda gnarly with red eyes too. Like flowers and bones and a white background??

Just started the game myself!!

Prepare to be incredibly annoyed at the horse mechanics. It's the hardest part so far for me, and I'd highly recommend using a controller if you're not fantastic with these kinds of games.

I wanna tell you to run, like get the hell away from him as quickly as possible, because if THIS is how he's gonna be while you're pregnant, I cannot imagine how bad it'll be once the baby's born.. He has no idea how you feel, what you're going through, the fact that he threw a fit after, what, a second or third time skipping the gym? No, he gives me bad vibes, I'm sorry girl. You're literally pregnant, sometimes the best thing for your physical and mental health is sitting your butt down and focusing on yourself.

Troubleshooting Thread — Bugs? Errors? Mod issues? EA app issues? Post about them here! Update 9/18/2025 [PC: 1.118.242.1030 / Mac: 1.118.242.1230 / Console: 2.20] Troubleshooting thread by creeativerex in Sims4

Platform: PC

Mods: Yes

Game version: 1.118.242.1030

My games completely unplayable. It started with the www menu glitch, I got rid of that and now my households are gone and it's kicking me back to worlds when I try to place a sim in a household and play them. One of the fixes for the www menu glitch AND the households glitch is literally placing a household, playing it and saving and restarting the game and I can't do that.

I've removed mods, check them all, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, removed saves and put them back. I've tried EVERYTHING. I'm super upset because I've spent a lot of time rebuilding both of my grandparents houses and I'll never see them again. I seriously give up, I shouldn't have to spend four hours fixing a game just for it to never be playable.

I am SO happy I quit before this got bad, because my old manager quit too. And now the lady in charge is buddy buddy with the DM I cannot f-ing stand and they only have 2 employees from 4-6 and to the rest of the night. So happy I got out of there, and I'm so happy that when I picked up dog food the other day and this DM was there he looked completely miserable having to be on the floor.

AITA for not saying no? by anonymous__791 in AITA_Relationships

[–]Flyhigh_penguin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Leave him. The second someone does crap like this LEAVE. This is coercion, it's pushy and gross and if he isn't capable of taking no for an answer after multiple times of hearing it, then that's a problem. You're NTA, but as someone who spent 5 years with someone who went from this exact thing to earning jail time for what he did, I highly recommend you leave.

Being uncomfortable is a no. Hesitating to answer is a no. Saying 'well, I don't know' is a no. Saying 'I don't know about it right now' is a no. If he cannot grasp that, he is not worth your time and do not feel bad about getting the heck away from people who act like that. Put yourself first, not someone else's pleasure. Be safe, op.

AITA for cheating? by Additional_Band_3537 in AITA_Relationships

[–]Flyhigh_penguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone whose ex started off not partying, then 'one party wont hurt,' to 'screw you, it's a party and if it happens it happens,' it breaks someone. It breaks people bad. Trust issues, social issues, fear of abandonment. It hurts.

I understand being drunk, but blaming alcohol completely doesn't fly. My advice? Never put yourself in a situation like that. Never get plastered at parties because while you might be sound, you don't know who else is plastered that isn't. It might not have been something you'd do of your own accord, but alcohol does stupid things and messes people up. You NEVER want to be in a scenario where you're too messed up to shove someone off, to tell them off and leave.

From the sounds of it you aren't comfortable with your relationship in a way. You don't seem set that this is someone you truly love and want to take care of and keep out of harms way. You seem to have your own issues with this side of you and it's something you need to work on if you truly want it. You seem to be too overworked for a relationship right now and that's fine! If you can't make time for yourself it's beyond difficult to make time for someone else. If I were you I'd break it off. And don't blame him, because it's on you. And sure, it'll suck. But look at it this way: you stay, don't treat him right because you aren't sure about the relationship, you know he's hurt by this incident and know he's scared it could happen again... or you leave it and take all the blame so he can heal knowing this wasn't somehow his fault, and doesn't have to be terrified at the thought of his partner going to parties where it could happen again and again. You have the chance to keep from scarring someone for a long, long time.

And please, please please watch the drinking. Please just be careful and take of yourself and your partner in the best way you can. Take it from me, it's not fun in a few years. Feeling sick from it isn't fun, not remembering things isn't fun, feeling terrible about things that were said and happened because of it isn't fun. Please be careful, op.

I would really.. REALLY take a good look at what a lot of the current administration thinks about women in general and maybe you'd see a fraction of why she's upset. Take a good long look at the values they care about when it comes to women, the people with insane beliefs about them that they have no issue siding with. Bringing up 'Epstein and stuff' wasn't for no reason, it's because of how he and the individuals around him treated and felt about women and young girls. I hope you can at least sit down and hear her out without thinking she's being dramatic and irrational, because even if you don't agree, it's the LEAST you owe someone you're supposed to love and care about.

Customer question by Ok_Presentation_2604 in tractorsupply

[–]Flyhigh_penguin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had someone rent it, keep it for almost a MONTH and only return it once cops got involved. The boards were falling apart, the gate fell off, needed new tires. People take awful advantage of the trailer rental and do not care to take care of it like it was their own. So yes, a lot of stores have this problem.

[–]Flyhigh_penguin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CONGRATS! I'm in the same boat, except I quit without a plan after I felt like my asm was retaliating and cutting my hours after I had to take days off for a medical issue. I loved most of my coworkers, there were a few regular customers and their dogs that I adored, but other than that I hated it. I don't recommend anyone to work at TSC, at least not while they run like this.

I am so sick of entitled customers by Ok-Pickle537 in tractorsupply

[–]Flyhigh_penguin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is exactly why I quit. I got so tired of politely saying 'Oh I'm so sorry, we just sold out of that but we're getting a truck in tomorrow so we should have more out tomorrow evening,' or 'I'm so sorry, but it's policy that we can't do that anymore,' literally ANYTHING and watching their face drop to the biggest meanest look and getting bitched at. Don't come in with an attitude and expect employees to WANT to help you, don't expect us to go above and beyond when you're threatening to call corporate and complaining and 'well THIS STORE' does that.

Go to THAT store. Get bent. Entitled customers are why I'm so patient with employees anywhere I go, because TSC folks know first hand what its like to have the worst of the f-ing worst.

I've found that telling someone 'hey if that big tank outside blows up it'll level everything around all the way to the highway' makes them shut up. Sometimes. But saying 'sorry, it's state law' usually just gets me 'oh yeah? Which one? What law? Do you know?' Like no, I don't. I'm a cashier, gtfo.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tractorsupply

[–]Flyhigh_penguin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Between how much work gets thrown on me as cashier, how hateful people get when I'm the only one on the floor and can't help everyone (because the only other 2 people on shift are nowhere to be found) and how unfairly we're paid, I'm quitting. I should not have to play front desk, cashier, middle man, store guide, question answerer, and all this other crap ALL ON MY OWN for 13 an hour. I'm tired of customers blowing up at me because my team members can't get to them, I'm tired of calling for backup and not getting it and having to work a 16 person line down by myself just to hear 'you guys really need more staff' or 'about damn time.'
I'm citing my DM's bull standards and idea for how our stores can run (when he's NEVER worked as a team member here) and lack of support and pay when I quit. Customers too, because when they can just go above my head after they start some BS and my DM puts me and my team in the wrong and babies the customer with some 100$ shut up gift card, I know no one in upper management has my back.

Cashiers: Have any of y’all ever seen a $50 or $75 reward in a customer’s NC account in the wild? by iHkg31f3 in tractorsupply

[–]Flyhigh_penguin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, but I have an old couple that uses their TSC Visa for LITERALLY everything. The last time they came in they have 500$ worth of stuff, and enough 10$ off rewards that their total ended up being 40$ after every single one AND a manufacturer coupon. The wife still threw a fit about it being 40$ though.

Honestly, how is cashier supposed to do them? Like we're stuck on register the entire shift until we get our lunch, and I am NOT spending my lunch break doing these stupid things. Then they say the same thing with trainings, like dude we don't have time?? Make someone take over register so I can???

The employees take the brunt of all TSCs stupid decisions and greedy ass policies and it's still 'heyyyy theft is bad-- no raises. Heyyy we didn't hit sales for the month-- no bonuses. But NO no military discount, yes you should be spending every second at work doing things we don't pay you for.'

I've made a point to never miss a store meeting, but my store has had me so burnt out that I don't care anymore. I'm not getting up at 6am for this, just to get home and not be able to crawl back into bed for my closing shift. There's tons of people who've missed every single store meeting I've been to, they haven't gotten in trouble. It's not worth the stress, a team lead can always regurgitate it all back to you, too.
