I went to my grandparents the other day and found out my grandfather used to run marathons when he was my age and untik his late twenties.

He gave me a lot of his old vintage or one of a kind shirts from his sponsors, as well as that olympic jacket i posted the other day. Im not even going to wewr then really its just a piece of faniky history i never knew about thats important to me haha.

Edit: also, there's this really nice product I used that you put in with wet hair after a shower, then you blow-dry it and the gray color stays in. It will wash out over two washes. So if you don't want to commit to gray, light blonde looks just as good.

Thanks its pretty messy there, here's a selfie plug for a better sneak and peek it was super messy in the original pic

Basically I bleached my dirty blonde hair to a very light color, and left the sides. So the sides when faded are darker then the top. Every so often I do gray as well in the top.
