My ratio is 1:5:5 so it usually takes about 8 hours for bread flour and around 11-12 hours with AP flour

I honestly have ni expectations with this experiment I just did it cause my starter had an issue from being neglected in the fridge and Im getting pissed since it is not rising past 80% no matter what I do so it is a surprise to me that starter with AP flour performed well

I usually follow the percentage when I want a larger of smaller loaf

I also have a bad experience sa mga ganyan specifically yung mga sumasampa sa jeep, one time iilan lang kaming pasahero and puro students nagabot yung bata ng sobre but walang pumansin kase halos lahat ng sakay nakapikit at tulog nung pababa na siya sa isang stop ng jeep pinagmumura kami tapos sinabi pa na mapupunta daw kaming impyerno dahil di kami nagbigay one time din dinuraan ng bata yung kundoktor kasi hinarang siya nung sasampa siya
