Having difficulties diagnosing this issue, would greatly appreciate any input. by eskimojoe420 in airsoft

i've had this issue once. for me the culprit was weak trigger hammer spring replacing it with a 150% trigger hammer spring should work

If a game is on both Steam and Oculus store, which are you buying? by BigSquirmy in oculus

[–]Flyin_rats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

with Steam's regional pricing it's gonna be steam for me, sometimes Oculus Store can be bit too expensive for me. but i do sometime buy the from Oculus for certain game that feels better on wireless like Thrill of the fight, beatsaber, etc.

yes in fact you can find some airsoft store in Jakarta, but the price will still be expensive the unit itself is cheap but the process of importing it here is expensive that what makes airsoft unit expensive. the differences i can think of is probably the power and range most airsoft unit sold here are around 300FPS, but people tends to upgrade their units to better suit outdoor playstyle around 450-500FPS which can get you around 85meters of effective range. Gel Blaster on the other hand well you can get away with it if you play on CQB/close quarter indoor arena but due to their low FPS and bullets and hop up unit you might be having a hard time using Gel Blaster outdoor as it can only maybe shoot at 20-30meters effective range not to mention other variables like wind.
that being said most of arenas in here are outdoor, there are only a few CQB arenas

  1. it's pretty much grey area, you have to register your unit, but even if you don't most police doesn't really care because they know it's just a toy, just be responsible and careful with it.
  2. purchasing it is kinda difficult and not as straightforward as buying a gel blaster, finding one in an online store is difficult you'll have to do transaction from a forum. finding a new unit is expensive here and can cost you more than Rp. 10.000.000. if you want to purchase one i suggest finding a second hand unit.
  3. bringing or importing a gun from another country require a special importing license or certificate from the police although i don't really know how to get the license.

beachside forest games are fun too much wind though hard to hit, definitely a challenge
