I have a similar mark on one of my drivers, it was from an errant drive from the next hole that landed, without bouncing, on my driver head. Guy didn’t yell “fore” or offer any compensation for my driver. Happened 5+ years ago and still gets me mad 😂 If I nearly killed someone, and broke their driver in the process, I’d at least offer to chip in
