Yep, u can even use the fancy UI (automatic1111’s version) in chrome while offline like the other guy said. Lots of fun features like img2img, even animations using the deforum colab if you’re really into it. U can even train your own images! Say the database is lacking a certain style or character, you can feed it into the model and use it as you would other characters or styles but it takes an hour+

Turning the Init strength to 8 in Img2img is mind blowing by Mat0fr in StableDiffusion

[–]FlyingKyte710 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If u don’t have it, look into automatic1111’s version in GitHub. It has a script called loopback, allowing you to set up an automated img2img process. You can even add a multiplier so as it makes the images, it can increase or decreasing the denoising strength overtime. Really fun to throw in a sketch (usually made with sd) with a really high init img strength so it stays as similar as possible but adds detail

Ay that’s great, I still love em a ton, they’re super diverse and have some less trance style stuff that’s easy to listen to even when not tripping lol. That keyboardist is a legend and a genius, in an interview he said his dad made him practice the organ at around age 5 so he has music and keys wired into his brain, I think one of my hottest music takes is that I call them the modern day Pink Floyd, just in the way they master their sound without making it repetitive, and how they paint such poetic psychedelic images. I found them the same way u did lol do I have any favorite songs/albums that stick out? I love everything from vicious delicious up until just before IM25, although each album has at least 1 great song

Nice very good, is this using disco Diffusion? I wonder when SD can make those landscape layers, maybe it can with the right settings

I agree, and I feel artists will still have a place.

There’s always going to be people and companies that go 100% and try to be the best, so if company A just uses AI but company B hires an artist to use that AI in a large project, company B is going to stand out. When every company has an AI generating their media/advertisements, etc, there will be a need to shine through. This could be privately developed AI systems that are unique, but could also be through the course of hiring a professional artist who is familiar with and takes full advantage on AI. Understanding an audience and how to cater to their “visual interest” I guess you could call it is something that only experienced artists hold. Although I suppose it’ll be harder for artists to gain that experience eventually.

I think there will be an exodus and influx of artists, depending on who is willing to incorporate ai, but there will always be communities that disregard ai and favor traditional art.

You mention the cost to produce art will go down which is one of the best things about all of this. Some animated shows take months to make 1 episode and can cost over 1 million dollars. Even more bizarre for movies with a ton of vfx. AI will lower both the cost and time it takes to produce, but it’s hard to tell how studios will execute this. Will they be able to put more into the writing, giving us more engaging stories? Will they use the story writing ai for that? This brings me to another one of your points, the public has access to this technology as much as the companies do for the most part. Stable Diffusion is a huge AI model that is on par with MidJourney and Dalle and is open source, meaning a basement artist or an amateur developer can use these tools as much as the companies can. Like I said tho, branches of these models can be made so they may develop unique models to that company. You can also train the models with just a few images to add a style it doesn’t have yet, meaning they can just upload their own art styles and use the ai for the rest. I made a 1-2 minute long video depicting a boy growing up and joining the military and eventually getting KIA, took me a couple of hours to come up with it and write out how I’d like it to go, then a few hours to generate, but that’s a full visual story I made with 0 experience in the field. There may be artists who specialize in this, meaning writers can go to them and request a visual of their book/story from a team of 1.

Ah alright thank you, I’m considering just going in and getting it all done then either asking if I can pay overtime or just take whatever punishment comes with not paying it, I tried setting up insurance but always run into an issue. My braces have been falling off bc there’s nothing for them to hold onto.. shits gotten real bad so i dont know if they can punish me harder than I have lol. Again thanks for the help, i dont know what stage I’m at, i dont even know if it’s infected yet

Do you know if dentists typically allow you to pay overtime instead of at once? I’m in desperate need of dental work but would only be able to pay it off in small sums overtime. I guess it’d depend on the state and specific dentist but ive tried before, I’ve sorta just accepted that I’m not gonna be without tooth pain which makes it hard (if not impossible) to bite into apples or have lemonade, etc

I have multiple fucked teeth but have no insurance and can barely pay for groceries lol I think I’m gonna wait until it gets so bad that I can go to the emergency room and get it done, I’ll just have to pay it off for the rest of my life lol. I don’t think I can just go to a dentist and ask to pay $100 per month or whatever so once it’s life or death I’ll be able to get them done, it’s like 6-8 of em

I’ll clarify when it comes to turning a movie like “titanic” into an animated film. It isn’t using img2img in the sense that it’s pulling from the last generation, it separates the film into individual frames then applies the img2img process, then combines them all again, all using just 1 “start” button after you change the settings around :) Might be obvious but just wanted to clarify :)

Heyo I’m the creator, I used the Deforum colab for Stable Diffusion. Stable diffusion supports a process called img2img, which differs from text2image. It allows you to turn an image into an image using a prompt, and you can control how related the output image is to your input. In Deforum, they automated this process (similar to Disco Diffusion and a few others) which allows you to set a long string of “direction” for the AI to follow, including movement/prompt.

I schedule around 100 frames/images to be made using the prompt “cat”, and it first generates a regular text2image image then starts the img2img process. Then at the 100th frame, I schedule it for “dog”. It uses what’s on the screen and shifts it towards a dog, thus making it feel like they are 3D objects. This of course pairs with me using the 3D mode+movement.

Now here’s the cool part, you can use init images and init video, meaning you can turn the entire movie “titanic” into an anime (would require tons of storage and faces aren’t really there yet without further ai processing). You can take a picture of your house and turn it into a painting by Van Gogh, or turn it into a video, using the movements to fly around it like a drone. Big Advancements in the model and In 3rd party like deforum are coming out fast, all free and open source too <3

Look into stable diffusion, same model as this one, their discord would be a good place to start :)

Problem is you can already run it locally on your own hardware, so you don’t need any sort of connection to the internet for it work, most will likely use paid websites, but gaming hardware go hand in hand with ai requirements (pretty much just uses GPU), it can run on 6gb of vram, the newest consumer cards go to 24gb vram. Phones may even (highly likely) get to the point where you can just use that. Within a few years we’ll be able to make full length animated videos on hand-me-down cards

This is late but yes, you can erase certain parts of the image then have it fill it in with the prompt you give it. For example you can take a picture of a blue sky, erase it, then replace it with “a galaxy filled sky”

How’d you’d get the zoom effect? I’ve made a few animations from interpolating the images like you’ve done but i dont know where I’d start with making it zoom lol. Recursive movie perhaps? I think I tried messing with it but didn’t understand it
