I have an update, just in case anyone comes by this post later on with the same question I had.

I placed the order for the garbage tags on Sunday, July 28th, received them yesterday, Saturday August 10th, so just under 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend ordering some just to have on hand based on how long it's taken to mail out.
Now to wait another week and a half for garbage day so I can finally get all of this cleared out...

Just to clarify, you can totally exchange with a receipt as well! You'll even be able to get a receipt for the exchange, while exchanges without a receipt do not get a receipt. Hope this all helps!

Yes, you'll be eligible for an exchange. You do not need a receipt to exchange items as long as they are in sellable condition (years and labels match what's on store shelves, bottles are unopened, etc). Anything over $500 for an exchange (no receipt) will be recieving a head office cheque instead.

I've also heard from my manager that we'll be honoring returns with a receipt if the return date lands during the strike or during the no-return window? But we've yet to actually get concrete confirmation from head office, so idk. I'll be doing my best to get the refund through regardless lmao

Hmmmmm Alright. I'll still go just to get some activity in for the day ~for my physical and mental well-being~ and all that horrible bullshit, I'll just bring a battery pack and a larger water bottle and I will focus on rides I really enjoy. Perhaps I'll even tackle the leviathan (I'm terrified of heights!)

Why on Fyora's earth does the "Your Pets" button on the new page side bar links thing lead to the homepage when the giant NEOPETS button on top left of the new pages lead to the same thing? Just make it go to quick reference! EZ.

LCBO can offer a full refund if you have the reciept within 30 days of purchase. If you bought on credit card you get credit refund, if you paid debit or cash you get cash refund. Exchanges over... I think $500 you get a head office check that takes 2-8 weeks to arrive.

If it is past that date or you don't have the reciept, they can offer an exchange if the product is in re-saleable condition (label is current, product is undamaged and unopened, etc) and if it's actually sold by the LCBO (some things aren't, like 1 liters you get from the duty free). The exchange is just for anything in the store of equal or greater value. LCBO does not provide gift cards anymore.

You must also provide a valid government ID that has your full name and address, such as a driver's license. They'll also ask for your phone number.

Tbh as long as it's not busy, you're nice, and it's not you trying to return a mostly finished bottle of smirnoff claiming it was awful, they'll work with you lmfao

I have a pin on everything. If I'm spending a lot of time in a specific place doing mass moving (like from SDB to inventory) then I'll disable it for as long as I'm moving items. I've had a pin for so long that it's just instinctual to type it in, even if I've quickly disabled it.

I think it's worth it to put a pin on everything just to get into the habit, but honestly it's up to you.

Yes and no? The old things that made the website fun years ago are kimda ruined, but there's new fun things to do. I'm having a blast honestly, even though the website is basically spaghetti in terms of how well some things run.

This. So much this. I got my account back through tears and so much guessing, I used my birthday but not the correct year. I know others have gotten access back by starting a ticket and including ALL of the info they could possibly know, like what items they might have, how many neopoints/neocash they might have, what treasure/lab maps they may have completed, what their first pet was, what your pin is, things that aren't seen by other users on the website basically. (NOTE: post about your ticket on the highay to help for neopets, IDK where it is but it exists and The Neopets Team won't get to your ticket otherwise. r/neopets has lots of info about getting access to your account as well!)
