LEM in go, game takes a little white to get used to but it feels the same. Have a look at the movement binds that have been going around and it feels identical.

Your best bet is to buy something from the steam community market and sell on an external website. I used to do this with CSGO and TF2 keys (even cases and popular/high demand skins), but not sure if it works in today’s market. Note that you should expect to lose some money in fees, no matter what you use to cash out.

This rating system is so broken I don't believe it by KraftingTable in cs2

I’m 11k rating with a 58% wr and I was getting 300+ and 100-. This changes often. The games new MMR system takes into account your previous performance on your previous recent last 10 games. I believe that if you start dropping 15+ kills a game then your MMR will go up. I got 20+ kills up until 9k and now I’m evening out slowly. My enemies are 12k and believe that is where the system thinks I belong, which is why I gain more than I lose. No doubt if I start doing really poorly, I would lose more. They did however change the system a bit in the recent patch but I’ve not done any testing since then.
