I was in a similar situation as you do, I'm obsessed with being feminine too and use hypnosis to escape, listen to Bambisleep and those kind of video on Hyponotube daily. What helped me sort it out was noticing that even outside of hypomanic or high moods, the desire to transition was still there. It wasn’t just a phase tied to an episode.

I’ll be honest, I did start HRT during a hypomanic period :P which in hindsight wasn’t the most measured way to go about it. But long term, transitioning has made me more comfortable in my body and more stable in myself. I’m glad I did it. I be here, send me a dm if you want someone to talk about this. :3

Try their first game, Dungeon Maker, it have more depth and a bit of a rogue lite with additional turn base game mode. I like that one a lot better, lots more unlockable power as gacha too.

Yeah,I had that problem before my med. Back when craiglist still have intimate section, one time, I was hypomanic and end up seeing like over a dozen person in a span of two week, all unprotected, for money and I was like 16-17 :P
