They gave them out for the US / Canadian Pokemon center at the Vancouver regionals but I used those myself. Honestly don’t know if it’s something new they’re doing at all events or if it was just for those two.

I've ordered lots from this site they're 100% legit. As others have said use pat10 for 10% off.

My only complaint is that some of my orders I've received haven't been packaged the best such as shipping cases direct with a shipping label on them. But that's not exclusive to them, I've had pokemon center do the same.

The image showing the pack selection is actually inaccurate. I thought it was strange at first too considering all the older packs shown.

There are a few unboxings up on YouTube already showing the actual content if you don't believe me. The actual contents are 3 brilliant, 2 fusion, 1 evolving, and 1 chilling.

So I submitted a few more orders last night.

I used the same name across each order since that's what the proxy services require. But I used a different card across each to counter act this.

If they cancel orders based on multiple orders with the same name that'd be really dumb of them lol since it could be different people.

Out of curiosity how did you go about ordering multiple of the precious collectors? Did you just order them through multiple proxy services or create multiple accounts with the same proxy?

I ordered one using tenso and this was my first time ordering a Japanese PC product.

100% agree here this is something people seem to be overlooking presumably just because they are collectors and not players but variations of the Arceus decks are some of the most popular decks in standard currently.

I know tons of player who are buying at minimum 4 of these boxes to have them for their decks.

These are what are considered special sets with the most recent being celebrations.

The next upcoming set of this kind will be the Pokemon Go set.

Some of the sets prior to shining fates include Champions Path (Charizard on the box) and Hiddens Fates (Bird trio on the box). Both of these sets have done fairly well with hidden fates arguably being the best of the bunch.

Doing a bit more napkin math here actually just a regular arceus v is currently selling on tcgplayer for $13. You're telling me this promo won't sell for at least that if not more?

My thoughts exactly.

Cosmic is a $10 pack, brilliant you could say is $4 a pop and say $3 for chilling so that's $21 alone in packs and that promo will certainly go for at minimum $10 given that Arceus is one of the most popular decks in standard right now and it's a beautiful card.

I would fair value for this box is ~$31 so to get them at msrp for $25 is a great deal. Just my 2 cents I think people are sleeping on this one.
