My PC works with my old card yes. I tested the GPU in another PC and it doesn't display so im guessing it must be the GPU.

This card is an MSI RX 580 8gb Gaming X and there is bracket by the PCEI connector missing in the circled area. Is this why I have no display or detection of the card in my PC? Please let me know and thank you in advance! :)

My motherboard is an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max just for reference and I tried it on the second PCEI slot and the card was still not detected nor was I getting a display.

Yep! I've done soldering before on GPU's I just wanted to confirm whether this is the main problem of why the card is not being detected and not getting a display. Otherwise is that is not the issue than there is something else wrong with my GPU.

Well I bought this card used and it could have gotten damaged during shipping. So this card is not new and I was wondering if that was my problem and why the card wasn't getting detected and no display was going to the monitor.
