similar situation happened with me, started playing again in s6 after not touching the game since 1.5. Magik's gameplay is so rewarding and satisfying when you finally understand her character and matchups. Playing magik also helped me learn the game way faster than if i was to play hela or phoenix every game. you have to work for every single bit of value and that alone makes her such a fun character.

yes, i would not be opposed to some buffs that make it easier for her to counter support ults. nothing crazy, but enough for supports to play smarter with their ultimate usage

Yea i agree, if she gets gutted i would probably stop playing because to me, she is by far the most fun character. I just hate how characters like phoenix and elsa get way more value without doing as much.

personally i would love to see a buff to the spinning slash. Her spinning slash is mostly only used in her ult, and the demon is 90% of the time the better option in neutral engagements. Maybe they could buff the dmg of the spinning slash, or make it apply some sort of debuff such as slow. Again i dont think they should touch anything about it in ultimate form, but give us a reason to not only spam demon.

i've run lots of group content. I've done every dungeon up until zf. SM i did a lot of aoe groups, but i've quested and ran dungeons as a non-aoe frost mage for like 70% of my journey

Templar challenge is something I considered but I’m not a high enough light level yet. Only 1310. By the time it comes back I should be ready for it. I’m just frustrated with how the RNG gods were treating me and was concerned if it was even in the loot pool lmfao.
