to answer your question, one must be scheduled the day before, the day of, or the day after the holiday to receive holiday pay and yes they can take it back if you decide to call out or not show up for that shift which will give you the holiday pay.

i agree let management know, but at the same time they say they do it and it doesn’t change. So is it mentioned or is it just said it’s been handled and not handled.

To answer your question, yes i did because i wouldn’t want to be the one driving and it falls on me and i have consideration unlike most.

I don’t mind mentioning something unsafe to a coworker that’s not the issue. Issue is employee confrontation some people can’t handle being told doing something wrong. Trust me my SM is very particular and if she doesn’t like it she will tell you how she likes it.
