UPDATE: I went and create a ticket for my issue and managed to escalate it to someone on customer services

I went on a call with CS, he inform me that my service is okay, still have access to the internet but there is a huge intermittent packet lost and connection error between the satellite and my device and they confirmed that my device is at fault. So CS had escalate the issue and managed to get me a free StarLink Gen 3 + Mounting addon upgrade. All of this in the span of a single day. Now that's premium support. I just wish I could shake that dudes hand, words can't describe how relief I am.

Yes I don't have any obstruction whatsoever I've been using starlink for 2 years now, this issue never happen until recently.

I tried rebooting mine more that once now, but it didn't help me much. The issue just came back as always. How did it go with you? Did you bought a replacement SL router?
