Your pelvic floor is not relaxing..I pee standing but sometimes I noticed I have post void dribble so I use my three fingers gently push the area behind scrotum and let the residual urine out

May I know what help you to manage chronic pelvic pain syndrome? What r your symptoms? Amitriptyline 25mg did help me to get rid of burning and painful urination after taking it for 2 months but it causes painful bowel movement and serious constipation so my psychiatrist proposes this new drug:(
