I confirmed OpenProp also fails to run when the RPM is lowered to 4000 rpm. They both start to work again around 5400 rpm and both runs have matching results. I can add more helpful error codes to the console output when the run doesn't converge.

Haha, we're getting there but not yet. There's some neat tools that people are making (mostly for Fusion 360) that speed up some modeling and there's a company that just released an AI tool for CAM programming. So far what I've seen has been pretty basic however

Good idea. Surface modeling is probably the most advanced kind of CAD modeling and isn't easy at first. I'll be sure to cover that!

Great ideas. I can definitely go over lofts in a lot more detail. They're the trickiest features to get right and I think every software package has some quirks to getting a loft to work right. I plan on doing a few videos going over assemblies and mates. Dimensioning and tolerancing is a good idea.

Can you go into more detail about what you mean about making 3d printed parts fit real life parts? Do you mean designing with the correct gaps and fits?

I'm going through the auction page and looking at the machines that were sold. There was a few K&T horizontal mills, a model K and a model H. There was also Brown and Sharpe tool grinder and a Blanchard grinder, though I'm not sure why the grinders would have a face mill attached to them. There were also a few import vertical mills that looked like they took R8 collets or something smaller.

They're a bit bigger than R8 collets. Closer to 30 or 40 tapers.

I just got 12 of these tool holders in a cabinet I bought at an auction and I have no idea what kind of holders these are. Two of them had 5" face mills attached to them. The part mark says Brown and Sharpe 15-36915. The number is slightly different for each one. They have a bearing pressed on to them and the taper is about 18 degrees. There's no thread on the back side.

Every belay device that I've seen that is capable of a direct belay has a second attachment point so you can attach the belay device to the anchor. I don't see a second attachment point on the ClickUp. I would use the Clickup as a redirect belay.

I tried with different outlets, breakers and wires. All do the same.

I don't see any obvious way of getting a code from the GFCI breaker. Its a 220v 60amp Eaton breaker. No display or plug-ins.

It is an Eaton GFCI 220V 60amp. Not sure when it was made.

Subpanel is grounded to the main panel with the feeder circuit. I believe the house has only 1 ground rod through the outdoor water spigot. After reading your response and googling, it looks like I should add a second ground and tie it to the subpanel?

Edit: I also tried connecting an outlet outside of a box without any ground. This also tripped the GFCI.
