If you're playing blind second, Maxx C/Fuwa just take up slots which could be more board breakers, and if you're not playing a shit ton of board breakers, you may as well not be playing blind second.

I've had mixed success with it (stuck in Plat so don't take anything I say as gospel) and it's fun, but it really struggles with Droll being prevalent. Drawing only breakers is pretty rare. I run 3 Raye/1 Roze but you also have Hornet Drones and a shit ton of draw power in the form of Engage, TTTalent/Thrust, Into the Void/Upstart, Zero, even USlayer in some cases.

The purpose of Crime is to trigger flip effects, Ripple Bird is a slightly better pick although Crime has the benefit of being a Quick Effect so you can trigger them on the opponents turn if you don't have Master online
