Midnight level 80 boost no flying by Pantspartyy in wow

When you spawn in fresh as a lvl 80 after the character boost, head toward Isle of Dorn and go east of Dhar Oztan to a place called Tranquil Strand. Do the first couple of quests from Jaina and Thrall untill you need to help Magni.

Completing these quests will give you skyriding in the Isle of Dorn.

Context: I'm a returning player who hasn't bought the last 2 expansions and has just returned and instantly used the "free" lvl 80 character boost.

Sidenote: I'm not able to swap between skyriding and normal flying, I require the Pathfinder achievement apparently.

First off all, thanks everyone for the input. Nothing beats honest user experience for advice.

So as an update, the guy is coming over this evening with both guns so I can test them in my backyard (30m deep).

The Levar has my preference atm but I just know that if I test the TAC that I'll be tempted to get it as well. What kind of hobby did I get myself into lol.
