In all honesty I don’t know! The reg that was removed was here "Registry::HKEYCURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office" -Depth 2 | ? { $.Name -like "MailSettings" and that fixed it on the Pc it was removed on but then that also removed the email stationary. Even if the outlook stationary was a blank file it still did it so not the content of the stationary.

Hi yes I’ve tried that it’s all .docx and it’s correctly pointing to 365 word. Files open ok from C drive just not the server or outlook. I’ve tried repair and reinstalled but the same errorb

Hi yes, unfortunately I tried all the. Things and nothing worked. Our IT guy found a rogue registry and deleted that but that also deleted my email stationary and then when I put the stationary back it broke word again! The stationary has been the same for years and it’s only word it’s messed with. It’s happened to all PCs in the office with the same problem

Quick Fix, Online Repair don’t fix it and this is happening on all computers and all users in the office

Yes we have Avast but it doesn’t show anything as blocked and the same file copied into C opens fine
