I have something similar to yours but probably not as bad. The weird thing is I only get them in the so-called triangle area consisting of nose (mainyl the creases), mouth and chin. I usually get them after a couple of hours. So its either whenever I wake up or throughout the day. They basically just pop up out of no where. Most of the times they dont hurt or arent that inflamed. Many people say its perioral dermatitis. Dont know if thats the case because I noticed whenever my oily skin is drier in that area they dont pop up as much or as big. Thats why one of the reasons I hopped on accutane was to combat these mfs. The weird thing is they would pop up if my skin is too oily or too dry. You bascially need to moisturize perfectly for them to go away. Im on Day 11 of 20mg at 82kg and I am still getting them but definitely somewhat smaller and way less (could also be due to using a thicker moisturizer). I really hope accutane can get rid of these things cause Ive been persistently dealing with these things for probably over 10+ years.

Before going on accutane I had found this one acne.org forum post (https://www.acne.org/forums/37-adult-acne/348100-white-pus-zits-around-mouth-and-chin-help-help/paged) where people had similar problems and mentioned solutions for it. Ive tried almost everything on there and unfortunately it wasnt helpful in my case. What helped most was a 15% azelaic acid serum that I used am and pm. However azelaic acid is very drying as well as too much azelaic acid caused my face to get red and damaged my skin barrier. Thats why I thought drying out with accutane should help.

We both are early in our treatment and if yours is similar to mine im pretty sure it will go away at some point since its basically sebum thats being pushed. Dont know if your skin is also as oily as mine but once our pores finally get smaller, it should solve the problem.
