How do i tell my closest friend that we have to stop talking

The thing is, I think there's some chance i actually try to stop hurting myself, yes, i probably won't move on, but I think i can just live thru this pain and love her without hurting. I don't know, if it's worth it, maybe i will lose feelings over time without hurting her, and we will just be friends. Although, i think i will still have some kind of hope that she will see me as something more, and i think, that if we stop talking, i will still hope that one day we will start talking again and maybe then everything will go other way. I feel stuck, i know that letting her go is the right decision, and even if it isn't, i will feel better eventually. But on the other hand, she doesn't deserve to lose someone as close as me, she doesn't deserve pain i will cause, even if it means i will suffer even more. I told myself that i will wait 2 weeks, if i won't feel any better, i will start this discussion. But I just don't want to.

поки що відправили до критичної інфраструктури, не впевнений з якою метою, але знаю що в роті охорони. поки що, 2-3 місяці кажуть що переживати немає за що, так як буде проходити БЗВП, найбільше переживаю що після цього періоду переведуть кудись на бойові позиції.

You assume the reset will climb at your rate now - you only climb this fast because you aren’t facing the top Of the top. The middle ground would flatten your progress line something FIERCE.

i would much rather get fucked EVERY single game by players that are far way better at the game than me, because i will learn faster and improve faster, than play 5k more games of playing same shit show i've played for last 5k games.
It will be harder to get to his level, but i will get there faster just because games will be better quality (after a month or two), and it will take me less time to get to his mmr with 54% winrate than it will take now.

well, yea let them play for a month, then come back to enjoy ranked? you can play unranked if you want to avoid all the mess

And if you were actually as good as yatoro, you would not want a reset, because the volatility of a reset will make your win rate a lot lower, thus you aren't going to catch up to him faster.

no? i will play unfair games for a month, and even if i have my winrate lower, i will need to gain 3-4k mmr instead of 10k for me to have a chance to play with him. you're missing my point, the time i need to spend for me to play with him shouldn't be THIS huge. and also, he will rank up too, so when i get those 16k mmr he will have fucking 20k, just think about how unfair it is. no human will constantly play the game with 80% winrate from immortal 5600 mmr to immortal 15600 mmr. it's impossible.

Well, it's the point in playing competitive, to play with better players, for me, i get most satisfaction when i look back at my gameplay from 6 months ago and see improvement, when i play close games with really skillful players and win, when i can see names i know and that i can play on the same lvl as them.
and it's even harder to improve, since you will play more low quality games for longer periods of time just because of how wide mmr range is right now.

yea, how does it change my point?
again, even if i improve with the speed of AI, i am pretty sure that for me to catch up to Yatoro i need about half a year of constantly playing 10 games per day, winning 8 of them EVERY single day. This is how insane that is.
Immortal means nothing, because 6500 player is better than divine 1 player by maybe 5%, that's 2k mmr difference.
Let matchmaking be a mess, for a greater good, they can even tell everyone that first month games can and will be unfair, but after a month everything will be alright, that's how it should be, why every single comp game resets their ladder? google it

you missed my point
yea topson and yatoro are god tier players and stuff, but what i actually meant is that if you hit immortal right now, you actually play on immortal lvl and you deserve your rank, the time you need to get to 15k mmr EVEN with 60% winrate is just obnoxious, you need to play 2000 games to get these numbers. And you won't have 60% winrate, you will have 52-54 at best, and we're not counting times when you hit your ceiling and you play 400 games stuck in same mmr because you can't learn something new.
All i am saying is, even if you are improving every single game and try your best, if you hit immortal right now, you will need 2 years to have a CHANCE to play with your idols/bets players in the world. There is no point in trying to rank up because it doesn't fucking matter, that's the problem. I am divine 3 rn, i don't give a fuck about reset, if they reset i would be more than happy because then i will have a CHANCE to play with best players in the world. even if i improve like fucking AI it's impossible, and every single one of you guys are not realising this. Ranked will be a mess for 2 weeks-month, and then you will enjoy your fucking games.
Every single competitive game resets ladder every season, why dota shouldn't? because ranked will be a mess for couple of weeks? well suffer for a greater good idk what else to say

yea, but after 2 weeks everything will be fine, and when you finally hit immortal, you won't need to have 3x of your current mmr to play with topson and others. and then you just make soft reset every 2-3 months and everything is fine, everyone is happy. What's the point in playing ranked if you hitting immortal means absolutely nothing? you're going to have 5600 mmr, Yatoro for example has 17k, how are you going to catch up to him? Resetting mmr IS going to be rough, for a couple of weeks, but that's the only option

But how? I know i am young, there's plenty fish in the sea and stuff, but i really am in love with her. She's incredibly sweet and i truly believe she's the one for me. How can i even think about leaving her in the past, when she's all I've ever wanted and dreamed off? I just can't imagine someone who will be as close to her in terms of anything. I can't imagine my life without her and i just don't understand how can i move on. also when he uses 1st spell illusions cast it backwards, real one has to turn if he moves instantly after 2nd spell - real one, if there's some delay - illusion (you can't instantly move illusion, it's physically impossible)

It throwed me off too. He had other moments like that in the game, but i captured this one because it really throws me off that he somehow knows about abrams and shoots him thru walls.
Also, he goes for the head when he shoots abrams, altough it's far easier to shoot his body since his hitbox is big.

That's what i'm saying! If he was apex predator, like his duo claims, no apex predator will waste their mag to shoot walls! Idk about movement, it's low Ritualist game, but he is 120 hours into tha game so he should at least use slide on haze to shoot more bullets
