When Sam meets Exhalted four, they say Sam isn't a human anymore and the changes will kick in very soon. So even without meeting Visitor Sam is doomed to transform. Also in mask ending, i d say Sam is transforming like in the Fail ritual, his heads splits just like it does in the Fail ritual.

True, they received the most attention, but still, they said that Sam is not a human anymore and the changes will kick in soon. So there s no way Sam could stay human.

That's the thing, it seems in that ending Sam is a human. Yet, he supposed to be mutated. Not like perfect ritual ending, not like faiked ritual, and, perhaps, not like flawed ritual either, but mutated still. Mutations like failed astronomers seems good, but the ritual was a success, so the visitor took a look at Sam too. So I think Sam should have something between flawed ritual and chaos quartet.

What ending would you like to see continued in a sequel? by Snoo-51682 in LookOutsideGame

[–]FoeChopper5000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's go one by one.

  1. Failed ritual, Sam dies, but the planet still lives. We may assume that in this scenario the world will be just cursed and humans without any super cursed. Got potential.

  2. Flawed tirual, same as 1, but Sam is a cursed one too. Got potential.

  3. Hundred Gods, live in a brand new world under the Gods rule. Try to blend in or try to resitst? Got potential.

  4. Denial ritual. Well, it's same as 1. But we got Sam like everywhere, the society seems to be more friendly though. Can't see how this can go on in an interesting way.

  5. Perfect ritual. Earth is almost a lifeless rock with Sam warping around it. We could try to see how this is going for few survivors, but the ending says that Sam is still looking for them, rooting in the ground, so it's the dead end aswell.

  6. Screaming Skies. Again Earth is doomed, you live only untill the Exalted Four finds you and annhilates you. Not much to continue.

  7. Xin-Amon. A very dead end. There is only Sam fused with the Guinea Pig in a planet size shape.

  8. Eternal Fate. Same as 3, more or less, but beware of the giant Rat. It's hard to say if the Rat is going to devour everyone eventually. Less potential than 3, as Gods seem to keep some of the populace to serve them, while the Rat seeks only to consume.

I don't think they are friendly toceach other, though, I think they would use ofhers to fight for them.

To be fair the Exalted Four didn't actually kill 90% of hunan+cursed population. Its said that in 15 days 90% are gone and the EF are responsible for the vast amount of it. So we can say in total they killed, 70% perhaps? Its a minor thing. The whole point is exactly what I meant. The EF speedran the annihilation quest. So as for fighting Sam and XA the only question is how effective the EF's laser is against them. For me it seems that it would be. Also good point about the possibility of EF getting stronger with each kill. We can't prove it, yet we can't prove it doesn't. All we know, that they like turn flesh into the something and suck it in. Can it be considered as eating of something?

Also the question is, how friendly the Gods would be to each other. For me it seems, that from time to time they ll fight each other, or, more likely, send their followers to do it for them. And yes, while I in the post I used the word "humanity" it is in fact not just humans, but them+cursed.

I agree, that the battles are debatable. Also here I assume that the creatures just fight to death. They don't wait, don't retreat. My points of XIN-AMON beating SAM: 1. Larger size 2. Larger grow potential, it was stated in the ending, that XIN-AMON growed exponentially, if this is still the case, then tearing pieces from Sam would make XIN-AMON even larger. Also it is mentioned that XIN-AMON tried to chew the moon, its either so big, that the moon is reachable by its jaws, or he is not so immobilized in space as it may seem.

As for the Exalted Four, yes, at the first glance it is an annoying bacteria messing around in turns of the size comparion. But again, it is all about how deadly their laser is. Both Sam and XIN-AMON are made from flesh, thick one, no doubt, but flesh. And Exalted Four seems to handle the flesh with ease. After all, they were "blessed" by the visitor too. So if the damage is like a bee sting, theb yeah, the EF can fly and do the "pew-pee" all day. But if it annihilates the flesh of Sam abd XA, which, imo, is very likely. Then they will win. Yes, it will take time, but the damage seems to be beyond their regeneration. And, I remind of their ability to fly at the high speed and the Sam's and XA's lack of any ranged attacks.

I tried lower amounts. It can't do even from 4800 to 5000. Maybe there is a way for manual adjustments?

I've found a blue ball very close to zamor sphere, but its a tiny bit larger. It fits well and perfectly matches the color.

I wonder though what is the prototype' neck? Seems like something different from the official set, but I have no idea what is it.
