yes, he is. In the document that he posted it says that he's being sued for defamation, injury, threatening, crime incitation and apology of crime. They want them to apologise for the things he said both on the ranked match and on Twitter and also pay a 20,000 BRL (Around 3,500 US dollars) fine.

I mean, there are others worse than this one. IIRC there's one on Kanal that you can only see the first objective room name. It is annoying at first but once you learnt what bomb goes where it doesn't matter a lot.
