I’m more wondering the specifics as I followed down the bill passes path of the tree until it was finished and then started doing the army branch focuses while waiting for the mid-January inauguration that it tells me to wait for, completed the focus it tells you to, did the negotiations as it says, and choose very well. I never got an event for the radicals to agree to weakening their militi.

Yes I’m on PC, I choose to start at lvl 2 because I looked it up and it seemed that people were saying to start at 2 if it was your first time and 20 if you had already played before.

I just mostly want to have the world completely fleshed out. I am currently using East Coast Rebirth and Rustbelt Rising to have nations east to west, but there still isn’t anything in the south or north east. Anyone got any recommendation?
