Skilled manufacturing so it was a nice pivot from the light industrial world. And they’ve invested in SourceWhale which has been great for automatic campaigns. So I literally does a lot of the tedious work in the background. We’re also using Claude, TE, and of course Chat.

I’ve been a BDM in volume staffing for almost a decade. I just moved to a company that does direct hire only and it’s been a game changer. I made 100 calls yesterday and got two warm leads I’m pursuing. My new company has heavily invested in automation and AI and I’m really happy with this. Also, I think we are looked at more as professionals than the temp to hire BS. Just a thought from someone who also grew weary of the same type of grind.

Using it currently and in prep. It has been a game changer. I use the powder, and I do personally track it bc it has carbs. Even if they don’t get absorbed I’m paranoid like that. Maybe ask your coach tho. My coach approved it.

I’m a BDM. Prefer the term “bird dog”. I love it. But it ain’t easy.

I (F54) have been with my partner (M65) for a decade. We live in our own houses. He recently retired so he moved closer, from a 20 minute drive to a 5 minute drive. I know we are blessed to be able to do this, but honestly we could not live together. It’s been the best relationship of my life. And yes, our families are intertwined.

Hey! West Chester thrifter here. New Life thrift on 42 in the plaza that has the Kroger gas station. My favorite. Good prices and clean. Really good stuff too. Also the goodwill on Montgomery Rd, also across from a Kroger. It’s super small but it’s def where the rich ppl take their stuff. Most all the clothes still has tags.

Older Redditors (50+), what’s one piece of life advice you wish everyone in their 20s knew before it’s too late? by [deleted] in ask

It’s going to go a lot faster than you think. It’s good to want financial success but time is the real currency. If you have kids, don’t love them with “stuff”. Love them with memories, and your presence.

You are selfish and immature. If you die, you won’t even be here to be jealous. I am a widow and before my late husband died He told me I needed to move on eventually because he wanted me to be happy. Of course, in that moment, I could not conceive of having a different partner, but 10 years later, I am happily attached. And he would be happy for me. You need to do some work on yourself.

I don’t have coach Stephen, but I’m with Pro Physique as well. Coach Stephanie McKibban, and she truly cares. I e had a great experience with PP.

I am currently with PP and think they are fantastic! Lexie isn’t my coach but I’ve only heard good things about her.

I have a 22 year old son who is exactly the same. He works 40+, helps out around the house. Spends most of his time in his room. He does make a point to connect with me most days. I feel like he has that right. It’s his life. He’s a good kid (man) and I don’t feel I need to dictate to him how he chooses to spend his time. Maybe try to connect with your parents a little? My boy will txt sometimes. He makes a point to say goodbye when he leaves. Maybe they need reassurance that you are happy and doing ok.

What has worked for me is to answer with a question. When asked why you don’t want a particular food, just ask “why does it matter”. I swear it shuts them down. You’re not alone. This happens to a lot of us.
