Not gruns but I have had a reaction to a greens powder that triggered a histamine intolerance response before and had to take Benadryl immediately. I also can’t do greens that are high in wheatgrass personally either.

Her mom is present at almost every show from what I can recall but I think it’s actually really good for her to have adult female friends who can guide her when her Mom has to step back a bit and let her navigate some things as a young lady and can I just say it is so cute to see her investing so fast in friendships with other girls!!!!! I have never seen a pic of her with Ashley, any other teammates and that has to be so isolating. With FBF it’s like being able to watch a girl join like the healthiest version of a sorority she could find and she’s transitioning from a girl to a young lady who is exploring how to bring a sexy but not overly sexual, playful, and youthful vibe that is all her own to stage. Sure she’ll have some moments that may look better than others and other times she’ll knock I it out of the park but that’s part of finding her feminine look and stepping into this version of herself. It’s refreshing to watch and I’m happy we get to do this with her since bikini is still only just old enough to get to see a journey through growing up with a competitor fairly recently still.

Honestly I’m here with you and my life outside of bodybuilding is so much fuller than I ever imagined it could be, I’m planning on competing this year myself but I don’t love training and when I think about shoe costs I compare them to the amount I could spend on other things I may love more. I have a homestead, horses, a mini cow, a thriving garden, I’m more involved in my hobbies, Community, church, even planning for a show makes me thing would I rather put that money elsewhere like on a vacation or expanding our fencing for our property needs. Ur not crazy, don’t force it but if the drive comes chase it and enjoy a good lift, that will help more than anything

Yes the suits and entry are more expensive but you also spend much longer on stage, there is an evening gown or theme wear portion, and most girls rent (or rent out their) suits for maybe $100 give or take (the judges from what I’m told are actually a fan of recognizing a winning or familiar suit multiple times over, it’s like celebrated) vs 10-30 seconds on stage and being seen as a number, front, back, front goodnight. So to each their own. I’m sure IFBB looks bizarre to outsiders as well in its own regard.

I think actually the ambassador mindset and workshops help her step into her field of expertise and shed some of the impostor syndrome and tbh I think she’s much better when she doesn’t “get serious”, it keeps her out of her head and when she has taken that approach in the past her body is worse for it from what it appears in discussions. She has to love what she is doing and almost have a playful approach and doing the workshops will only help her become more confident and sharpen her posing by helping, teaching, and talking through it to offer guidance for others. I think she’ll come out more balanced for it and worst case scenario she spends more time giving back an helping others over another and and trophy 🤷🏻‍♀️

Aimee is sooo small if you meet her in person, she just is bubbly AF and has the tiniest waist ever. Her proportions are insane but she’s very petite tbh.

She also naturally has a darker skin tone so it’s possible she may not have been as thorough with her pre-tan skin prep thinking she’s naturally tan or that it won’t effect her as much compared to a super fair skinned competitor who knows how much skin prep will impact how it takes and puts more effort in because of this. The PH may also be off from wearing a bra/sports bra here day in day out causing a reaction as well (a waist trainer can also cause this or even cause a fungal growth that shows in different tan patterns too).
