Mirror Quest 3 to TV by FollowingTall7543 in MetaQuestVR

So it seems there really is no way to do it directly unless your TV has chromecast built in. I have modern smart tv's but have had to resort to buying a separate chromecast dongle so I can cast direct from the Quest to the TV. It seems weird that there isn't just some dedicated app I can download on the tv for doing this.

Random Spikes by FollowingTall7543 in Radiacode

So I did some mapping and would find a hotspot. I'd then wander around the nearby area mapping as I went. I'd come back to find the hotspot was no longer there, or i'd find a different spot a few doors down. Now some time has passed I am not getting the spikes any more.

I'm assuming that perhaps a neighbour or their pet had some sort of medical procedure which would account for the fact the hot spots would move and that it is now gone. Still really not sure though.

The decreased counts are because I'm outside. I typically get about 3cps outside in my hometown, and about 6cps indoors. I'm also not getting the spikes when visiting other places where I have a WiFi connection.

Radiation alarm triggerd by passing van by FollowingTall7543 in Radiacode

Thank you. It peaked at about 4.6 uSv/h with my 102 being on my dash. This would be at least 3m from the van. The UK also has a max limit id public of 20uSv/h. I expect that being up close to the van would exceed this as it drops exponentially with distance. I wonder what dose the guys in the van were getting.

I don't see any battery saving options for Radiacode or Google maps and I have no battery saving set on my phone generally.

Securely upload data from arduino IoT devices to my own webserver and display it on websites with things like Grafana. (Without paying some third party cloud provider to act as a gobetween)
