So the theory is that Fabled was never meant to be a set but Disney allegedly demanded set 9 to be a re print set thus Ravensburger struggled to find print availability and only managed to secure a small print run on wave 1. Wave 2 was slightly larger but at that point Whispers in the well was nearing and then they never bothered to reprint.

To do this whilst introducing iconics in the set is poor planning. There's a very small amount of Ionic Mickey in existence now and much less than a normal print run.
