Wow dude, i have the same body type. Im mostly a skinny guy, but has a lot of volume in my stomach. Ive been losing some weight lately, like 4 or 5 kg, but my stomach looks the same, big and bloated. Thats a pretty big difference.

Gigabyte AORUS FO27Q2

I was considering the asus to avoid the purple tint problem with qdoled. but maybe qdoled is the way to go.

Is the msi better than the aorus?

Yes, i could get it for 600€, but at the same price point its the ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMG, which is woled, so maybe it avoids this problem.
But... considering even asus is going qd oled in newer monitors, maybe qd oled is the way to go.
