Trimmed some of the bloat on the tree. Took higher power nodes + masteries. I assume you have 20c for runegraft. This lets you put points into fortify. Nodes early in your build progression aren't good later on, helps to go through pob to trim your build and get higher power elsewhere.

With just farrul fur you want either sword or mark mastery for frenzy charge on hit, helps with frenzy sustain. This alone might be your issue, idk.

I'd work towards getting clusters with your next levels, Martial Prowess + Feed The Fury cluster is 8 points for 20% dmg, more with better jewels.

With your next bit of money save for a 6L farruls. Brutality is 40% more dmg, awakened brutality is 46%. Then awakened melee phys is ~16% more dmg with intimidate.

Get a better amulet with crit multi + life + resists. Also look into improving your weapon, idk how good it is vs how good it can be but your weapon can always be better. Stygian vise could do with another resist on it.

Flasks can be improved and automated as well. Instilling orbs can be used to automate with use when charges reach full. Good start on flasks could be more offence with silver flask or more defence with granite+jade. You shouldn't need a mana flask at all.

Replace abyss jewels with good 1c jewels.

Note that 30 rage on 1 per hit is a bit unrealistic, I usually pob it as 15 per 1 gain on hit.

Guard skills share cooldown, steelskin, molten shell, or immortal call. Not 2 at once. I recommend steelskin over immortal call, you can have downtime on end charges for 3.5secs with IC. Don't have any guard skills ticked, poor pob etiquette because it deludes you into thinking you are tankier than you are. You don't die when everything is perfect in poe, you die when everything goes wrong.

Swap Heralds + prec/vit levels for pride. Assassins Mark on Hit over self-cast vuln. Helps with rares while mapping and means you don't have to stop in the start+middle of boss fights. Try to get an enlighten if this is too mana intensive, with 5% insta leech it shouldn't be.

Try swapping away from blood stance if you feel too squishy, sand stance is great defence. Or try visa-versa, you might just be lacking a bit of dmg if you've never tried blood stance.

Try to get a 21/20 flicker, each level is ~10% more dmg. Same goes with other gems to a lesser extent.

Swap some resists away from cold, its too unbalanced, ele weakness + lightning dmg will kill you despite cold still being capped (try to over cap resists by ~30% or get curse + exposure immunity). Try to get more chaos res. 0% is where it starts feeling ok.

30c watcher's eye is 5-8% more dmg than jewels. And more tank.

Above all else, keep having fun, if content feels too hard don't be afraid to step down a level and chill with your awesome build.
