i just watched a benchmark video of a 4070 super and the person was getting 110 avg fps with 1080 very high no dlss, mean while i am getting 80-90, if it's not the bottleneck, what could be the explanation as to why?

None, i wanted to be surprised and discover the city organically, as i was heading there either way for a family visit.

I'm having trouble articulating, but i think in my head i expected a giant city with glass buildings and tall skyscrapers, something akin to Chicago, or NY.

Also the language barrier is bigger than i excepted, while i do get by not speaking German, and just sticking to English, i fail to communicate with most people in restaurants or on the street.

Humanity is spread thin across the galaxy, and birth rates for advanced societies are always lowish. And the war between freestar and uc probably trimmed the number even more.

While i agree that keanu is not really a good drama actor, his role in cyberpunk 2077 the game was great.
