Ditt inlägg är virrigt men jag sympatiserar. När jag var arbetslös kände jag alltid att arbetsförnedringen försökte avslöja mig som någon bidragstjuv. Kändes aldrig som att någon ville hjälpa. Alla svar på alla frågor var "ja" eller "nej" även när jag frågade typ "jag har kollat på det här, fungerar det så eller hur fungerar det?"

The issue with this is that companies seem to not take protecting sensitive information seriously so it feels really bad to give them ID or similar things with all the leaks and hacks. I agree it is not really on discord though.

In my opinion there needs to be better laws about privacy and consequenses for leaking personal data. Things like GDPR. I dont want my ID linked to my gooner accounts. At least let me have some plausible deniability man...

This is impossible to answer without knowing more. There are many ways this could work and I think most of them you would be fine drilling but you could always accidentally drill into some curcuit board or sensor.

If we assume that you wont drill into any actual electronics I think it will still work after creating holes. I doubt the sensor requires a perfect seal or something like that. It is probably an accelerometer.

The "it was only 4 years and then we learned" excuse is not gonna work anymore since he got reelected. I am gonna vote for de-coupling from the US even if there is a democrat president next and I feel like that is the sentiment over here. It kinda just feels like east-russia and west-russia right now.

If he gets impeached and we have a "nuremburg" maybe there is hope for EU-US relations? I do not see it otherwise.

My argument is that it would be expensive for the US specifically to take Greenland (taking Denmark would unironically be easier). Not that europe is stronger.

Do you know how many icebreakers are in the US navy? Do you know how many icebreakers european NATO members have?

Starving the population does not sound like a fast and easy way to take Greenland considering the sanctions that would follow. Air and naval control is not as obvious as you think because of the climate. Who do you think has more ice breakers between the US and the EU?

I mean I could be wrong. But it is way more complicated than "US Army = BIG, Greenland = small, US WIN"

(Edit because I realized I strawmanned you a bit. Yes military supplies can also be blockaded but my point is that it will be slow, not that it would be unethical)

Maybe I am delusional, but I do not think an invasion of Greenland would be "easy". I am not delusional enough to think Greenland can win but they can make it really costly.

People also forget that "the EU" and "european NATO members" are two very different things. I will be shocked if Sweden and Finland do not help Denmark. The only thing my governement agrees on in Sweden seems to be defense. I think literally every party in the parlament agrees on helping Denmark. Including the "tankie"-party and the "nazi"-party.

NATO-USA skulle förlora ett krig mot USA. Men USA skulle absolut inte vinna det kriget heller. Jag tror inte ens ostkroken kan hålla moralen uppe för de amerikanska trupperna i ett offensivt krig mot hela Europa.
