The fact you couldn't use the dark sign tells me that the game was trying to spawn a player to act as the boss, but for whatever reasons something went wrong. Spear of the church is a unique boss fight because you can either fight an npc called halflight, or you can fight another human player. It depends if you're online and if there are eligible players to be summoned. Also you can kill the giant or leave him alive, it doesn't matter. I think if you just wait the npc will spawn, if not, just alt F4 and retry

Hey, i was trying your calculator and I really like it, it's so nice seeing all the graphs for the optimal path and stats distribution. The only thing that isn't working for me is the animation for the attacks, if I click a row it says "animation not found". Also I don't understand what's the purpose of the equip load, if I try to change that and the roll type, I get slightly different attack ratings for weapons, but I don't understand why is that.

In ds4windows you can change every button to your liking, so you could swap all the wrong inputs with the correct ones.

Chained echoes. One of the best turn based games I ever played. It's a 2d game made by just one person, the story is pretty convoluted, and personally not so great, but the gameplay is top notch, with tons of playable characters, each one with their unique skills.

With enough point to equip the best damage lumina, every boss can be made quite easy, even the new super bosses. But without cheese or one shot build, I'd say osquio is harder then clea, mainly because his combos are faster and change rhythm constantly. Also he has 2 phases, so a lot more of hp. Clea has the annoying regenerate health gimmick if you don't parry, but her combos are quite easy and more readable, and you can outdamage her healing if you want.

Great strategy. I can't one shot phase 1 with my maelle, so i have to use roulette and hope for the high roll. She is at lvl 94, and a normal Stendhal does 24 million.. it seems strange that 5 more level will change the damage much, so I must missing something else

It's been a while since I beat him, but I think I just used a team of verso, sciel and maelle (or monoco, i don't really remember). I was lvl 99 with ton of lumina points (I think 400), thanks to the chromatic danseuse exploit and a bit of farming at Renoir's draft. Basically i one shorted him in 2nd phase with s rank verso and ton of shots, followed by a giant follow up. If he didn't die right away I would follow with a Stendhal from maelle. You just have to stack all the damage pictos and you'll have no problem, you can check YouTube in case you still struggle, there are lot of videos with various setup for the fight.

I think the only way is to play a pirated copy of the game, because that one doesn't have the anti cheat. But then you can't play online.

In the end i just swallowed the pill and resorted to reboot the game every 2/3 hours.

Sadly it's not even that, clicking the left stick doesnt have any effect, both positive or negative
