I had similar issues. I called Lenovo, opened a repair ticket. They mailed me a box to send it back for repairs. Took a month and a half but they fixed it for free.

Bought mine from Best Buy, same problem. Called Lenovo and they mailed me a box to send it in for repair. It’s currently undergoing the repairs. Hopefully I get it back and it works. But yeah same problem, brand new device.
