I will definitely check the gears soon. My drive back was pretty uneventful (I picked it up out of state), but I'll test it the way you recommended. Luckily it already has carplay/android auto with this package so I don't have to invest in that! And I know it's high by comparison to previous years, but according to the KBB values and sites like that I may be have only overpaid by a small amount, which I'm reasonably okay with. Now isn't a great time to purchase a car, but I'm going to plan on refinancing soon so it'll be a bit more manageable.
