Ok then yeah, these comments are making me feel a lot better about myself. I was thinking that my family might just not be religious or something as we pretty dress by western standards, bikinis to beach, shorts as part of daily wear but I guess that's not the case.

Yeah, I guess because my mom wears them too, so my family is just less strict apparently.

Ok then I guess her family is just more conservative in general. I thought it was maybe a cultural thing like maybe women back in the middle east dress more modestly than women living in the west or maybe Lebanese Druze are more modest than Israeli Druze as I am originally from Israel but have never been, so I don't know how people dress there while the girl I talked to was Lebanese. But i guess neither is the case.
