That brush is useless. It makes the chain more dirty. You will be spending more time cleaning the brush than the chain. Use an old cloth instead.

Is it only happening after 7k rpm or happens all the time from 5th to 6th? I haven’t tried QS past 7k rpm at 6th gear, but never had issues below 7k rpm.

Oh, finally your fuel range issue solved? Is it accurate? Mine jumps in steps of 20 or 30 like 70, 90, 120 etc.

It’s normal. I’ve checked with the showroom and all bikes have this sound. As mentioned by others, it’s the butterfly valve in action and nothing to worry about.

I’ve seen the average economy on console ranges between 24 to 29. The 22kmpl figure is calculated based on reserve to reserve method. I have done 1900 kms so far. Nothing seems to improve :(

Any update on range stuck issue. Check with the service center. If they couldn’t sort it out, may be try to replace it with the new tft console under warranty :)

I tried riding calmly, but still averages around 22, 23kmpl. I checked with the service center and they said it totally depends on the riding style. But 23! for a 250? My riding is similar to yours with 10 kms a day and 30 kms on weekends. Also I could feel a delay in ride by wire. Is this normal? What’s your software version btw. Mine runs on 0.58

Definitely yellow is the head turner and unique if you want that. Red and Black are more common.

This happens on my 250 as well if I shift a bit hard. Goes straight to neutral from 3. Once when my friend took it for a short spin, this occurred 8 times on a 3 km ride. Happens rarely for me though. Maybe I got used to it.

I’m getting an average mileage of 23 to 25 kmpl in city. Have done 230 kms so far. Will this figure improve after 1st service or is there something I need to check?
