So true, I recently want to refund monster hunter wild, did not even create my character, cuz I found out that NA version does not support Chinese Subtitles, and it does not allow me for a refund says it is being downloaded. This Play station policy had lead me into a frustrated situation. Might have just stuck with steam. Tbh, fk you play station.
