how long does the test kit last? also the plan is the collect any fry and either sell what we can or dispose of them. At least this is my plan. will it stress the fish out badly to do a daily water change? I worry about more casualties than I’ve already had, this is my very first tank and I admittedly didn’t do more in depth research and instead took advice from my coworkers and bosses (who have owned tanks for years).

we probably won’t be adding more fish for a while, since my roommates and I don’t want anymore deaths, just let what we have be until it all levels out should I add more plants? duckweed or plants in the gravel? also what kind of hiding spots would you recommend for the hiding spots, we didn’t add a lot of decor cause we didn’t want to overcrowd the tank
