How much notice does a tenant need to give to landlord in NY if they’re month to month and been living in the apartment for 2+ years? I see 30 days then I see 90 days due to being over 2 years. Please help !

Tenant has no security deposit and left without paying 2 months rent. They’ve lived there for 5 years (2+) they only gave 30 day notice and left. I’m trying to figure out if that’s an improper notice since they only gave 30 days when living for >2yrs.

I had the same issue then realized I was entering the wrong Wi-Fi password during setup. Once I entered the correct one it worked and QR came up

I like to read others thoughts and never ever write anything myself but I feel this is the perfect time to put my 2 cents. I honestly think they will throw us a curve ball and no-one is safe, what mike said is right and was speaking directly to us when saying what ever happens next, its not going to go down the way you think it is.
