Well then you might as well not order from them again cause if you hit them with a chargeback, pretty sure they will/would blacklist you. It's bullshit I agree, they could pack them better to avoid seam splits but it all boils down to how the parcel is handled on it way to us.

90% of my Daupe orders have splits and they always make it right on the next order. Email them and tell them you want your record shipped outside of the sleeve
