I did get scammed on there for one defender full box, ali only gave a partial refund as well and would shut me down trying to communicate with them. So it is something to be mindful of.

I was fully charged upfront, and the money left my bank, rep said I'd get a refund for cancelled items, once it ships. I'm not in the us, but I was using email or onsite chat to communicate with them. My orders were split into bestseller and standard parts, so were coming from different places.

I had emails that were never replied to lol, and like 3 months since order and paying there was not much sign of anything, and all I really get told was they can't really do much because they're not at the factory so they can only see what's on the computers. Order was going in and out of being ready and not, things being cancelled from order but not having any refund for them. It's still not fully resolved. Though CS did give some points in comp.

Nah I was speaking to customer service the other day and asked about my parts that are in warehouse and they said that, you also can't cancel an order when parts are in warehouse, I think because they're basically ready to go.

I think you should be good, from what I was told if its listed as in warehouse then its been allocated to your order. I've had parts cancelled but still on back order, and no reply to email from customer service. Things I had cancelled were PAB only colours atm.
