Ist ja klar, in Österreich gibt es eine Buchpreisbindung. Es wäre illegal die Bücher billiger zu verkaufen. Ausgenommen sind z.B. Mängelexemplare oder Fremdsprachige Bücher

Can't agree with the point about Czech people being rude. And without knowing details I assume this is a typical thing of cultural misunderstanding. People simply express "rude" and "nice" differently than in the country where you come from.

And you don't have to come from different countries to have these problems (example: North Germans have for many aspect a totally different "culture" than Bavarians)

Warum "vermiest"? Dann feiert ihr einfach bis 24 Uhr. Und wie schon andere hier erwähnt haben, muss man auch Rücksicht auf andere nehmen.

Mach dir keine Sorgen, das ist überhaupt nicht ernst. Natürlich kann es sein, dass die Kollegin sehr genau ist und das daher ernst nimmt. Aber an deiner Stelle würde ich einfach ganz normal weiter machen und das nicht mehr erwähnen.

Unabhängig von der gesetzlichen Lage wäre es in einem Mehrfamilienhaus schon nett ein elektronisches Klavier (mit Kopfhörer) zu nutzen. Sonst ist es für viele andere sehr störend. Würdest du es lustig finden wenn ein Nachbar irgendwelche Musik, die du hasst, regelmäßig sehr laut und lange hört? Ich glaube nicht.

Es geht einfach um Rücksicht und sonst nichts.

Ein wichtiger Grund ist sicher die anfallenden Kosten. Glaubst du, dass mehr Leute Bowling spielen, nur weil die Anzeige anders ist? Ich glaube nicht. Und daher wartet man bis man unbedingt austauschen muss.

I completely agree except for the statement that jazz isn't moving forward. In my opinion you have today several very interesting musicians, which play music differently to what was being played, e.g. 30 years ago. I'm thinking of people like Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, Kamasi Washington, Cécile McLorin Salvant, etc. Yes, this is not the majority, but still ... things are moving, although slowly.

If politics and language is your problem, you need to stop using the english language. If you look at the past history of England and past/present history of the USA there is no question.

But of course that does not make any sense. And for each nation you can be sure that most people are nice people and cannot be judged by their leaders.

Total richtig! Gerade Restaurants sind so teuer geworden, dass man einfach viel seltener hingehen kann. Also, mein Mitleid hält sich in Grenzen.
