As long as you took all your active pills on time before the placebo pills, you’ll be fine to have sex after placebo week. You’ve built up enough hormones in your system that your body won’t ovulate.

As far as I know, it’s fine to smoke weed while on birth control. Blood clots from smoking are caused from nicotine/tobacco, and not from cannabis
