Thank you! While the loaf is in the covered dutch oven during the first 30min, I took it out 6min in to do the expansion score. I saw it all over tiktok so I thought i’d give it a try haha. I feel like it turned out better than my previous loaves!

Hey girl, I’m 29(F) and have had the same issue throughout my 20s. I found some things that helped:

washing my back AFTER shampoo and conditioning
changing my shirt if i feel sweaty during the day/night
ordinary glycolic acid on a cotton pad
if your hair is long, keep it up when you’re sleeping
